Pricing

At Spraino ApS, all prices are in Euro(€) or customers local currency and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold-out items.

Payment

Spraino ApS accepts payment via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, Klarna and American Express. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in Euro(€) or customers local currency, including VAT. Reservations are made for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

Delivery

Spraino ApS aims to dispatch orders placed before 5:00 PM on the same day; orders placed thereafter will be shipped the following business day. We ship internationally. Shipping prices start at €7. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified during ordering.

Your items are shipped via PostNord, GLS, or DAO.

NOTE: If there is no space at the pickup point, the package will be moved to the nearest available pickup location, and you will be notified. If any problems arise, please contact customer service.

Items are delivered on all weekdays. Your item will be delivered 1-5 business days after ordering, depending on location. Special delivery terms apply to certain items. The conditions will be specifically stated prior to the purchase of these items.

Right of Complaint

A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacture. Depending on the specific situation, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or a reduction in price. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect/error. Spraino ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refunds

In the case of a refund, please include your bank details (registration number and account number) so the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can safely be provided via email or other electronic form, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used to process your refund.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day:

  • You receive the order.
  • You gain physical possession of the last item, in the case of an agreement for multiple different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in installments.
  • You gain physical possession of the last batch or part, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of multiple batches/parts.
  • You gain physical possession of the first item, in the case of regular delivery of goods over a specified period.

You are responsible for the return costs.

Withdrawal must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and from the withdrawal, you must return the shipment within 14 days. The notification must be sent via email to contact@spraino.com. In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. If you wish to send the item back to us, you must fill out the enclosed Return Form and send the item to our address (see above).

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving clear notice of this.

Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal

  • Items that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have a clear personal touch.
  • Sealed goods which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable to be returned, and where the seal is broken after delivery.
  • Items that, due to their nature, become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
  • Items where the seal has been broken.
  • Completed non-financial services, if the delivery of the service has started with the consumer's prior express consent.
  • Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if execution has begun with prior consent.
  • Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts for such publications.
  • Agreements concluded at public auction.
  • Items that deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Return & Condition of the Item

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must cover the direct costs associated with the return. When returning, you are responsible for the item being properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation.

You are only liable for any degradation in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

Reimbursement

If you cancel your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid to us refunded. In the event of a depreciation in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have previously provided documentation showing that you have returned it.

Personal Data Policy

In order to enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you: Name, Address, Phone number, Email address, and Information about what you have purchased.

We process your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you and to handle inquiries regarding your purchase. The processing takes place according to the rules in our personal data policy.
