Two patented products. One category nobody else sells.

Spraino and SplitOut are ultra-low friction patches that reduce ankle and knee injury forces by more than 90% in laboratory testing. Product one · Spraino

The patch that stops lateral ankle sprains before they happen

Spraino applies an ultra-low friction material to the outer edge of an indoor shoe. Instead of catching the floor during a landing or cut, the foot slides on impact, realigns, and the athlete avoids the twist that causes the sprain.

Founded by MD Thor Grønlykke after years of his own ankle injuries on the basketball court, Spraino targets the cause the scientific literature had already identified — high-friction indoor floors — without asking athletes to give up mobility or comfort.

Sold to handball, volleyball, basketball, badminton and indoor football players. A consumable that wears out and gets reordered, not a one-off purchase.

Natural movement

No stiffness or restriction, unlike braces and tape.

Real protection

Over 90% reduction in harmful forces during a twist.

Increased speed

The foot aligns faster, so the athlete moves with more confidence.

Stay in the game

67% faster return to court after recurring injuries; 36% faster return to full speed after an injury.

Fits any shoe

Applies to the indoor shoe the athlete already owns. No new footwear to stock.

Long-lasting

Durable across many sessions, then replaced — predictable repeat revenue.

Product two · SplitOut

The ultra-low friction patch built for goalkeepers

Applied to the heel of a goalkeeper's shoe, SplitOut's ultra-low friction surface enables smooth, rapid slides into the split save while cutting the braking forces that punish knees and ankles.

We built it after realising the Spraino material solved a second problem entirely: handball, futsal and floorball keepers were improvising with sports tape, re-taping constantly and taking the impact through their joints.

The first and only friction-reducing patch designed for goalkeepers. No direct competition means you own the shelf space in a category with no incumbent.

Ultra-rapid glide

Smoother and faster than regular sports tape.

Joint protection

Reduces braking forces on knees and ankles.

Faster split saves

Reach the corners further and faster.

Balance control

Prevents loss of balance when gliding.

No jarring

Eliminates the sudden, painful stops tape causes.

Long-lasting

Durable performance versus standard tape, then reordered.

SplitOut versus the workarounds keepers use today

Every goalkeeper already solves this problem badly. That is the opening.

The commercial case

Why stock Spraino and SplitOut

Four reasons buyers say yes.

A proven product, not a gamble

Clinically studied, published in a leading sports medicine journal, and already adopted by athletes at every level from club to elite. You are not the test market.

A category with no incumbent

The first and only friction-reducing patches for ankle-sprain prevention and goalkeeping. There is no competing brand to price against and no shelf war to fight — you own the category.

Consumable economics

Patches wear out and get replaced. Easy to stock, light to ship, simple to explain in-store, and it generates predictable repeat revenue rather than a one-time sale.

Health and performance in one pitch

Fewer injuries and unrestricted movement. A dual value proposition that converts both the athlete chasing performance and the parent, physio or club buying protection.

Retailer questions

The things buyers ask us first

What is the minimum first order?

We deliberately keep the entry low so you can test the product with real customers before committing to volume. Tell us your channel in the form and we will quote a realistic starting quantity.

What margin can we expect?

Wholesale pricing is tiered by volume and territory. We share the full price list and margin structure on the intro call, before you commit to anything.

Do you ship across the EU?

Yes. We ship from Denmark to the whole EU with no customs paperwork or import duty for intra-EU partners. Deliveries outside the EU are handled case by case.

Is exclusivity available in our country?

For partners with a credible plan and the capacity to execute it, we discuss exclusivity by country or by channel. Raise it on the intro call.

Is the product a medical device?

Spraino and SplitOut are sports products applied to footwear, not implants or pharmaceuticals. We supply the full documentation, compliance information and the peer-reviewed study for your product files.

Who actually buys this in store?

Indoor sport athletes — handball, volleyball, basketball, badminton, futsal and floorball — plus their clubs, coaches and physios. Anyone who has sprained an ankle once buys immediately; the rest are sold by the glide demo.

Do you support our marketing?

Yes. Partners get the full asset pack: photography, athlete content, video, packshots, copy and the study. We also run joint campaigns with partners who are investing in the category.
